Mary's Freezer Rhubarb Jam

Yields: 2 qts
Ingredients
- 5 cups raw rhubarb, chopped
- 5 cups sugar
- 20 ounces pineapple, crushed
- 2 (3 1/2ounce) packages Jello gelatin
Directions
- Simmer the rhubarb, sugar and pineapple for 20 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the jello - stir in until dissolved. Let cool slighttly and then place in freezable containers and place in freezer.
