Mary's Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup cornmeal, finely ground
- 1⁄3 cup wheat germ
- 1⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Then add milk and then eggs. Mix well. Pour into a preheated lightly greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or until lightly browned.
