Marty's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 28 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground round
- 1 bay leaf
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 4 ounces mushroom pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Brown onions and peppers in olive oil.
- Remove and add to crock pot.
- Brown ground round and drain on paper towel.
- Add to crock pot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices to crock pot.
- Cook for 4 hours.
- Add mushrooms.
- Cook 2 additional hours.
