Marty's Cheddar and Sherry Spread

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
Directions
- 3 ingredients!
- Combine all ingredients - it's better and creamier if you use a food processor.
- Serve chilled with crackers (we use bacon thins, but any cracker will do!).
