  1. Cook pasta, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage meat in 1 tablespoon olive oil until opaque, breaking up with a spoon.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Add chickpeas and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add kale and wilt.
  6. Add pasta and Parmesan; season.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
