Marshmallow Treats

Yields: 40 balls
Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 375 g plain sweet shortbread cookies, crushed
- 300 g marshmallows
- 1 1⁄2 cups coconut
Directions
- Combine butter, milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in a pan.
- Stir over heat without boiling till butter melts.
- Stir in crushed biscuits.
- Moisten hands, roll 3 tablespoons mixture around a marshmallow.
- Press firmly to enclose.
- Roll in coconut.
- Refrigerate till firm.
