Marshmallow Rice Krispies Bars

My recipes would not be complete, according to my grandkids, without posting the famous Marshmallow Treats. So to stay in good standing with them, here it is. I do love them, too.

• Serves: 20

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 4  cups miniature marshmallows
• 1  tablespoon marshmallow cream
• 5 -6  cups  Rice Krispies

Directions

1. In a saucepan melt the butter.
2. Add the marshmallows and fluff till all is melted well.
3. Remove from heat and add the cereal.
4. Stir until well-coated.
5. Press warm mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan.
6. Cool and cut into squares.
