Marshmallow Puddings

Ingredients
- 450 g cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 125 g raisins
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 12 marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Place apples, sugar,raisins, 60 mls water and lemon juice in pan.
- gently cook till apples are soft and mushy, around 15 minutes.
- Spoon this mixture into individual serving dishes.
- Top each with 6 marshmallows.
- Sprinkle with spices and sugar.
- Place under a hot grill for about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
