Marsala Substitute

When a recipe calls for "Marsala" and you don't have it on hand, here's the easiest way to make it yourself. Tastes the same.

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  white grape juice or 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
• 1  teaspoon brandy

Directions

1. Mix together and Voila, Marsala.
