Marsala Cake

  1. Prepare a spring-form tin by lightly greasing and lining sides with foil.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
  3. Cut Jam Roll into approx 1" sized pieces.
  4. Beat the condensed milk until it doubles in volume and add sugar.
  5. Keep beating, add Marsala and gelatine.
  6. Fold in the cut up jam roll.
  7. Pour mixture into tin and smooth out.
  8. Refridgerate until set or overnight.
  9. Remove from tin and decorate with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
