Marnier Bread Pudding

This makes a single serving of semi sweet bread pudding. Serve with syrup, or a sweet sauce. For me, equal parts berries, sugar and Grand Marnier heated on the stovetop, strained and thickened with some cornstarch to make a syrup is heaven. Show more

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients except bread.
  3. Add the bread to wet mixture and let it sit while the oven heats.
  4. Butter or oil a small baking dish. I like my ceramic mini pie plate.
  5. Dump all ingredients in the baking dish, Pop it in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, drizzle with syrup and dive inches.
