Marlene's Zucchini Bread

This recipe was given to me by my good friend, Marlene.

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy.
  2. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla; beat well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together.
  4. Add zucchine, dry ingredients, and nuts to moist mixture. Mix and pour into greased pans (1 tube or 2 loaf pans).
  5. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour or until done.
  6. Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired.
