Marks Tomato Sauce

When I make this sauce I have to Double the recipe.

• Yields: 4 cups sauce

Ingredients

• 29  ounces tomato puree
• 1  cup water
• 1  teaspoon  minced onion
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  minced garlic
• 2  teaspoons onion powder
• 1  teaspoon basil
• 1  teaspoon oregano
• 1  teaspoon parsley
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  restaurant black pepper
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Place all of ingredients in a pot, stir well. Place on medium heat for 15 minutes then 20 minutes low heat.make sure you stir occasionally through out cooking time.
