- 113 g unsalted butter
- 110 g sugar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 55 g eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄8 cup water
- 220 g high-protein flour
- 3 g salt
- 2 1⁄2 g baking soda
- 95 g miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- mix sugars and butter.
- add egg, water, vanilla,
- combine flour, salt, and baking soda then add and mix.
- add chocolate chips.
- scoop to pan and bale 12 minutes at 375.
