Marinated Swordfish Steaks

Ingredients
- 12 ounces swordfish steaks, filets
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- combine all ingredients sans fish in a shallow dish.
- place fish in marinade for one hour rotating every 20 min.
- drain and reserve marinade.
- broil fish for five min, brush with marinade and broil an additional five min.
- repeat until fish flakes easily with a fork.
