Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients
- sliced onion, as needed
- 3 lbs shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- bay leaf, as needed
MARINADE
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 3 teaspoons celery seeds
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons capers, with some of the caper juice
- 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
Directions
- In a glass bowl layer the shrimp, sliced onions, and bay leaves until the bowl is nearly full. Make the marinade by blending together all of the ingredients until well-mixed. Pour the marinade over the ingredients in the bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
