Ingredients
- 3 lbs mixed mushrooms
- 3 1⁄2 ounces salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 ounces white sugar
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 pint wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 pint vegetable oil
- 1 cup cider vinegar
Directions
- Wash mushrooms and place in large container.
- Pour in vinegars and oil.
- Add all dry ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Refrigerate for three days.
