Marinated Mushroom Squares

Ingredients
- 2 slices challah
- 2 teaspoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup marinated mushrooms, drained
- 1⁄2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon finely diced seeded tomatoes
Directions
- Cut crusts from bread. Spoon cream cheese evenly over one side.
- Slice into 4 equal squares. Spoon mushrooms on top of each and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until bread is crisp and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and tomatoes.
