Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes With Mustard and Dill

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 lbs large heirloom tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
Directions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add tomato slices, tossing gently to coat.
- Refrigerate till chilled and serve.
