Marinated Cauliflower Salad

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1  head cauliflower, divided into flowerets and thinly sliced
  • 1  small onion, thinly sliced
  • 12  pimento stuffed olives, sliced
  • 13 cup  kraft fat free  Catalina dressing

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Stir occasionally.
