Ingredients
- 2 cups basil
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons nama shoyu
- 1⁄2 cup oregano
- 3 carrots
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato, soaked 2 hours and drained
- 1 sweet onion
- 4 dates, seeded,soaked 1 hour,and drained
- 2 teaspoons celtic sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
Directions
- Pour all ingredients in blender and blend well.
- Pour into a serving bowl and stir in olive oil.
