Marinara Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 medium celery, diced
- 2 small zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced and seeded
- 18 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
- Place chicken in slow cooker; add garlic, tomatoes, celery, zucchini, and bell pepper.
- pour marinara sauce over all, sprinkle basil and thyme on top.
- set on low and cook 6-7 hours.
- before serving shred chicken with a fork.
