Ingredients
CATALAN
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 1 bunch fresh thyme, finely minced
- 15 sage leaves, finely minced
- 6 garlic cloves, finely minced
THAI
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Directions
- Place frozen chicken breasts in a zip-top freezer bag and refrigerate for 12 to 48 hours, turning occasionally to distribute the marinade.
