Marinade for Most Meats

This recipe is a very good tenderizing recipe that adds a great deal of flavor to almost any meat i have used it on Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, and Scallops I read one similar to it in the Great American Recipe Book and then added my own preferences I normally let it sit all day in the fridge after marinating you may baste with it afterwards before disposing works great on shishkbobs Show more

  1. Mix well and marinate meat for at least an hour.
