Yields: 1 1/2 Cups Marinade
Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup light olive oil
- 1 1⁄3 cups ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 table spoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix well and marinate meat for at least an hour.
