Marinade for Grilled Fish

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1⁄4 lbs fish (salmon, orange roughy, swordfish, or halibut)
Directions
- Whisk ingredients in a bowl to make marinade.
- Marinate fish for 30 minutes.
- Grill fish according to your grill's instructions until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Baste with marinade during cooking.
- Use 1 1/4 pounds of either salmon, orange roughy, swordfish, or halibut.
