Margaritaville Citrus Rum Marinade

A grilling marinade for chicken or pork. Marinate chicken for 1-2 hours; pork for up to 4 hours.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  fresh orange juice
• 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
• 2  tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup Meyer's dark rum
• 2 (1 ounce) envelopes  Lipton golden onion soup mix

Directions

1. In a medium glass mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
2. Add meats; marinate as directed.
