Margarita Salad Dressing & Chicken Marinade

I love Margarita's, so this recipe is right up my alley! This e-mail was found on a local FlyLady Yahoo group website. It is so good! This is also a great chicken marinade!

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  frozen nonalcoholic  margarita mix, thawed
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil or 1⁄4 cup  vegetable oil
• 2  tablespoons white wine vinegar

Directions

1. Beat all ingredients together with a wire whisk.
2. Chill.
3. Serve over a mixed greens salad.
