Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced mangoes
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced green onion, green part only
- 1 tablespoon finely diced and seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon finely diced red pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon tequila
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 8 hours before serving.
