Maple Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup room temperature butter
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 3⁄4 cup chopped nut kreations maple sea salt walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease a loaf pan. Spray and butter both work.
- Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly using a fork of mixer.
- Slowly add the ripe bananas, eggs and vanilla; beat well.
- In a different bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir dry mixture into the wet mixture, slowly integrating the buttermilk at the same time.
- Add the Nut Kreations Maple Sea Salt Walnuts and mix well.
- Pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
