Maple Rum Syrup

Syrup for pancakes and waffles.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 cup maple syrup
  • 13 cup  whipping cream
  • 12 teaspoon  rum extract

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to pan.
  2. bring to a boil while stirring.
  3. Reduce to simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve over favorite pancakes or waffles.
