Maple Pecan Glaze

It's so easy to make and so wonderfully tasty basted on top of that holiday ham, and don't forget...there's always tomorrow, so tuck away a couple of those slices of ham, but DON'T LET ANYONE CATCH YOU! Hope you like it.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup maple syrup
• 1  cup orange marmalade
• 1  tablespoon oleo
• 1⁄2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Combine maple syrup and orange marmalade in small saucepan.
2. Heat and stir until bubbly.
3. Whisk in 1 tablespoon oleo til smooth.
4. Stir in those pecans if you want to.
