Maple-Pecan Cream

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3⁄4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 1⁄2 cups pure maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan melt butter over medium heat.
- Add pecans. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until pecans are toasted.
- Stir in pure maple syrup and whipping cream.
