- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup real maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 2⁄3 cup pecan halves, lightly chopped
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the pecans during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
