Maple-Orange Glazed Sausage

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. If using kielbasa, cut it into 1" pieces. Spread sausage in a single layer in an ovensafe casserole.
  2. In a bowl, stir together juice, syrup and zest. Pour over sausages.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes until browned and caramelized. Turn sausages over halfway through.
