Maple-Orange Glazed Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs breakfast sausage links or 1 1⁄2 lbs kielbasa
- 1⁄4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1⁄2 orange, zest of (about 2 1/2 tsp)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. If using kielbasa, cut it into 1" pieces. Spread sausage in a single layer in an ovensafe casserole.
- In a bowl, stir together juice, syrup and zest. Pour over sausages.
- Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes until browned and caramelized. Turn sausages over halfway through.
