Maple Mocha

Ingredients
- 3 cups strong coffee
- 5 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 3⁄4 cup 15% cream
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Stir 1/4 cup of coffee into cocoa powder to dissolve.
- Pour into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
- Heat without boiling.
- Whirl in blender 30 seconds and serve immediately.
