Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

A perfect cold weather meal with a delicious combination of flavors. Recipe originally called for a pork loin roast but I prefer the tenderloin. Show more

  1. Mix syrup, dijon mustard, vinegar and soy sauce to make the glaze.
  2. Season tenderloin with salt and pepper in a shallow pan and cover with the glaze.
  3. Surround pork with the vegetables.
  4. Baste frequently with the sauce.
  5. Bake until internal temperature reaches
  6. 160 degrees.
