Maple Glazed Carrots

Both my 5 year old and husband both liked these. Both my big guy and my little guy ate them all, and my big guy NEVER eats all his carrots! Show more

  1. Bring water to a boil and add carrots. reduce heat and simmer covered for about 8 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well and dry carrots. Return carrots to pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook for 2-3 minutes or until carrots are glazed. Serve immediately.
