Maple Crepe Topping

Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In a saucepan, combein syrup, cream and butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and continue to boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly so that it doesn't boil over.
