Maple Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Healthier version than most, and delicious. Maple sugar has less sugars per tbsp than table sugar, and is sweeter, so you need only half the amount, making the recipe even healthier. The maple taste adds great flavor. If you can't find maple sugar, you can just substitute brown sugar or natural maple syrup. Beware the sweetness of the syrup: you might have to adjust the amounts a little. Show more

  1. Mix wet ingredients and beat till fluffy.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients.
  3. Add cinnamon to taste.
  4. Drop in heaping spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes at 350.
