Maple Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 3⁄4 cup white flour
- 2⁄3 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Beat eggs and add maple syrup, milk and butter.
- Stir in dry ingredients. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400 or until golden.
