Maple Bourbon Turkey Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bourbon (Wild Turkey or Jim Beam)
- 2⁄3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Brush the glaze over the turkey during the last 15 minutes of roasting @ 5 minute intervals.
