Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
Directions
- Whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- Gradually add oil, whisking until well mixed.
- To thin consistency, add apple juice until desired texture is achieved.
- This dressing can be store up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
