Maple Apple Butter

This is a recipe I made a few years ago. It's so yummy. It's from Recettes du Quebec.

Ready In: 40 mins

Yields: 3-4 cups

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook at medium heat for about 30 to 45 minutes until apples are tender and break easily.
  3. Puree in a blender.
  4. Put in sterelized jars or freeze. (I put it in the fridge and it was ok. And it makes a great gift).
