Maple and Orange-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  baby carrots, halved if large
  • 23 cup  chicken stock
  • 3  tablespoons maple syrup
  • 7  tablespoons  orange juice

Directions

  1. Place the carrots in a saucepan, pour in the remaining ingredients and season well.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes until tender and most of the liquid has reduced.
