Manila-Acapulco Grog

Ingredients
- 4 ounces coconut water
- 2 ounces rum (such as Tanduay Dark, or Bacardi Gold)
- 1⁄2 ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
- 1⁄2 ounce fresh calamansi juice or 1⁄2 ounce lime juice
- 1⁄2 ounce calamansi simple syrup or 1⁄2 ounce regular simple syrup
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a large mug filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish the drink with a lime wheel or a calamansi lime.
