Manila-Acapulco Grog

Ingredients

  • 4  ounces  coconut water
  • 2  ounces rum (such as Tanduay Dark, or Bacardi Gold)
  • 12 ounce  coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua)
  • 12 ounce  fresh calamansi  juice or 12 ounce lime juice
  • 12 ounce  calamansi  simple syrup or 12 ounce  regular  simple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a large mug filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish the drink with a lime wheel or a calamansi lime.
