Mango Tango Salsa -

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed
- 1 fresh lime, squeeze the juice
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and miced (optional)
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and toss before serving.
- Serve over chicken, meat and fish dishes to add more flavor.
