Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh pineapple, 1/2-inch dice, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, diced
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon minced of fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2-1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the mango, pineapple, onion, lime juice, mint, cilantro and jalapeño.
- Cover the salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve.
