Mango or Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes or 2 cantaloupes
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Directions
- Peel mangoes and remove seeds. Dice fruit and combine with juices in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more pineapple juice for a thinner consistency, if desired.
