Mango Macadamia Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups peeled mangoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF; grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Beat eggs. Add oil and butter and beat for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Fold in mangoes and nuts.
- Bake 45-55 minutes.
