Mango Lime Salsa

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and finely diced
- 1⁄2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 serrano peppers, minced
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Cover and let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving. Serve at room temperature.
